| Contraindications | Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the formulation. Possible cross-sensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid, phenylacetic acid derivatives, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents. |

| Pregnancy | Dystocia and increased pup mortality in rats when administered at 300x normal human ophthalmic dose. Prostaglandin-inhibiting drugs damage the fetal heart when used late in pregnancy. |
